More About Hayley.

What are you known for in the hair industry? Low-maintenance textured haircuts, lived-in colours that grow out well, thick hair types, and I dabble with curls. Alicia Rollins mentored me back in the day, so everything I know about curly hair textures is all thanks to her! Oh, and I have been known to give a good head massage according to my coworkers and clients over the years.

What is your astrological sign? Taurus! I’m all about that stability and comfort.

What kind of music do you like? I love alternative or indie music. My favourite artists at the moment are Spacey Jane, Peach Pit and The Beaches. I am very passionate about live music and concerts and if I didn’t do hair, I would probably be working in the live events industry.

What food can’t you live without? I live off omelettes. Ramen is my favourite comfort food, and strawberries are just what I constantly crave.

Which hairstylists/artists/musicians inspire you the most? I love the work of @jessiestylist, @rempelroquette and @curlsbylish. I’m very lucky to call them my friends and mentor figures. I am also inspired by the influencer/tattoo artist named Sophie Floyd. She has such amazing style and has fun with changing up her hair styles. @sophfloyd

Where do you want to travel to next? I really want to go to Japan! All my siblings and cousins have been there, so I have major fomo that I haven’t experienced it yet.
